Startups are permitted to self-certify their adherence to 9 labor and environment laws. In context to the labor laws, no inspections will be applied for a period of 3 years. Startups could be scrutinized on acknowledgment of convincing and provable objection of violation, written and approved by no less than one level senior to the inspecting officer.
